It is with very deep sadness that we have to share with you that Tony Elwood, ‘T\u2019 to his friends at the 23rd, has sadly passed away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
‘T\u2019 spent many happy years helping at our troop, he was a great scout leader, a loyal friend, and an inspirational man who had an amazing sense of humour, which was often seen at campfires and gang shows. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
