BOOKINGS
On certain occasions the group is able let out our hall for private functions such as children’s birthday parties. If you have any questions (not answered by the FAQs below), or would like to enquire about booking our hall, please email hall@23rdbromleyscouts.org and include details of the time, date and purpose of your hire.
PRICES / TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- £100 for 4 hours with a refundable deposit of £50 (see clause 11) for hall hire taking place between 1 April and 30 September. Additional hours are charged at £25 per hour, and
- £120 for 4 hours with a refundable deposit of £50 (see clause 11) for hall hire taking place between 1 October and 31 March Additional hours are charged at £30 per hour.
Deposit – a refundable deposit of £50 will be required prior to the let.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: How big is the hall?
A: Our hall is approximately 15m long by 8m wide.
Q: Will a bouncy castle fit in the hall?
A: This will very much depend on the size of the bouncy castle, however hirers in the past have had bouncy castles in the past. The minimum height clearance in the hall is 3m. We can’t take any liability for bouncy castles not fitting.
Q: Can we use the field?
A: Yes of course – but unfortunately we can’t promise good weather!
Q: Can we use the car park?
A: Yes of course – if you also need to park on the road then we ask that you are considerate of our neighbours.
Q: Is there WiFi available?
A: Unfortunately WiFi is not available for those hiring the hall.
Q: Can we bring/serve alcohol?
A: Consumption / serving of alcohol is prohibited.
Q: Can we use the kitchen?
A: Yes of course – we have a large kitchen that has an oven, six ring hob, microwave, kettle, electric urn and fridge.
Q: Are there tables and chairs we can use?
A: Yes – there are multiple tables that can be used, and plenty of chairs.
Q: Is there disabled access?
A: We have a temporary access ramp which is stored in the disabled toilet, but we are working to install a permanent disabled access ramp.
Q: What are the toilet facilities in the hall?
A: We have a male toilet and a separate combined female/disabled toilet.
